Color Grading Chicago

Recently, I was given the opportunity to color grade some landscape footage of Chicago, taken from Shoreline Sightseeing boat  tour on the Chicago River. I was given free range to color grade it however I pleased. To me, Chicago will always be Gotham. I decided I would try to recreate the look in the new Joker trailer. A sort of green, yellow, purple color, much like the joker. Below is a screenshot of the image that inspired me.
